How long will it take to receive an order?
All images are completed jewelry and can be picked up/hand
delivered ASAP. Any custom jewelry requests vary, but a timeline
will be worked out when discussing further details.
How do we get in contact with you?

Do you accept jewelry recommendations?
Yes! Similar to custom requests, if there is a product we do not
currently sell feel free to reach out on our contact page and let us
know what you’re interested in.
What materials do you use to make custom requests?
Shrinky dinks, resin, wood, beads, and charms. Not every material
is possible with all requests.
If a product is sold out will it be back in stock soon?
Most of our charm jewelry is unique because we use an array of
charms. Typically what is sold out will not be back in the exact
same style, but may be possible in some scenarios.
Where do you deliver?
All orders can be hand delivered around Waterloo, Cedar Falls,
Hudson, Reinbeck, Grundy, and other areas nearby. Some
requests may be denied based on location, unless the customer
would like to meet somewhere nearby to pick up the order
themselves!
